In order to park and enter the building you must park under the building. The Entrance is on Windsor just behind the building. You will follow the path until you see the entrance to the elevator and Level A or Level B. You may park anywhere there and can ignore the reserved signs. Then head to the elevator and go to the 4th floor. We are in suite 420
